Save Money on Our Commission

Buy with me and I will get a commission from the seller worth 3% of the home's purchase price. Buy a home with me, and I'll refund up to 2% of that commission right back to you. Since my customers find me through our website, I can focus on delivering great customer service for less money.

When you buy a home, there are two real estate agents involved with the deal; the one representing the seller, and the one representing you, the buyer. The seller pays each of these agents a commission -- typically 3% of the home's purchase price.

I will refunds up to 2% of our share of that commission back to you, the buyer.

How Much You Get Back

I keep 1% of my commission for my service and refund the rest to you, subject to your lender's approval

Usually I can apply the refund against your closing costs .
